Below are notable Best Buy Condominiums in the Vail Valley that in my opinion represent a good value, all except for the Tower Residences have had sizeable price reductions. One  is in Avon that is connected to Beaver Creek via a gondola and the other 4 are in the Lionshead base area. 

• The Westin Riverfront Resort: This property was completed a little more than one year ago. The Developer is liquidating all of the remaining inventory with a 40% discount. It is a very well constructed property that is LEED certified and is connected to the base of Beaver Creek by a gondola.
